Registered Mail with Tracking number
We use Singpost registered mail with tracking number for orders with 18 decks and below, which will takes 4 to 14 working days. Above than 18 decks we will use Speedpost which is much faster. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the order. Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your order to prevent lost mails. The more decks you order the more you save! Stock up and start saving!

Lost Parcels / Incorrect Address
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your checkout. Cardvolution shall not be held responsible for lost or mis-delivered parcels once it has been shipped. If you encounter such issue, please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided immediately.
Should the address you have provided is incomplete not allowing for a correct delivery, you can contact us once the parcel has been returned to us (which can take up to a few weeks) and you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

We’ll be happy to refund in store credit or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving shipment. Please contact us prior to returning the item(s). Return item(s) must be in its original condition, brand new, unused, unopened. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item). You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
